Cancellation
Customers can request a full refund within 24 hours after placing an order on Outspaw.com.
Please note that we will charge a transaction fee if you apply for the refund 24 hours after the order is placed and before delivery has been made (2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users).
We kindly request that you review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase to avoid any inconveniences.
Return
Due to our dedication to maintaining the health standards of every pet, we regret to inform you that we do not accept return requests once an order has been delivered. This policy is implemented to safeguard the health and safety of the animals under our care.
