Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be displayed on the checkout page when you enter the delivery address.
Taxes/VAT:
Tax/VAT fee is not included in the product price. User are responsible for the taxes/customs/VAT etc if it exists. These are based on the value of the goods or the sum of the product price. The valuation method varies from country to country. The duty may also differ depending on the exporting country.
You need to assist in handling customs clearance and paying taxes while the package has arrived at customs. If you don't have any experience in this, please consult your local customs department.
Delivery Policy
Delivery Time and Shipping Companies
Excluding pre-sale products: Delivery Time: Typically, orders will be shipped within 7-14 business days after payment. Shipping Companies: Orders from our official online store are shipped via FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS, depending on the destination country. Generally, customers cannot specify a particular shipping company.
Delivery Time and Rules
Delivery times for each product may vary depending on stock availability. The estimated shipping time for each product is displayed when ordering from the online store. If an order includes multiple products, delivery will be based on the product with the longest shipping time. Orders are not split, and bundled products are not shipped individually before the estimated delivery time. If you wish to receive each product separately, please place separate orders.
Delivery Notes
Please confirm your address before payment. If you enter an incorrect address, please contact info@outspaw.com as soon as possible. We will contact the logistics provider to resolve the issue. Outs Paw orders can only be shipped to the country where the order was placed. We cannot guarantee updates to order information if an address change is requested after shipment. Furthermore, all risks and costs associated with address changes after shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
Please provide accurate name, address, and contact information when placing your order to ensure proper delivery of your product.
Outs Paw is not responsible for delays or rejected orders due to the following reasons:
- Delivery delays of 1–2 days due to remote locations or during sales periods. If an order is delayed more than 2 days, please contact info@outspaw.com to check the reason.
- Delays or delivery failures due to the recipient’s actions. These actions include address changes after shipment, unclear or incorrect addresses, inaccurate contact information, refusal to receive, etc.
- Delays due to force majeure. "Force majeure" refers to unforeseeable, unavoidable, or insurmountable objective circumstances and other objective conditions, including but not limited to: control or disruption of national or regional air or land transport systems (e.g., weather), interference or failure of communication systems, government actions, changes in postal administrative policies, war, earthquakes, typhoons, floods, fires, heavy rain, dense fog, and similar events.
- Goods confiscated or disposed of due to violation of transportation regulations.
- Unable to deliver mail or packages to the recipient’s address during weekends, national holidays, and festivals.
- If the recipient’s address is a school, organization, or residential area that is inaccessible to courier services.
Order Tracking
After payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. Click "View Order" to go to the order tracking page to check the status of your shipment. If you do not receive the email, it may be automatically blocked by your email system. Please add our email address to your whitelist to ensure you receive our emails.
Inspection and Signature
Please check the package upon delivery. If the package is damaged or deformed, do not accept delivery or open the package. In such cases, please contact info@outspaw.com
Once you (or someone on your behalf) has received the package, Outs Paw will consider the package, quantity, and products accepted. To protect your rights, we strongly recommend recording a complete unboxing video and verifying items according to the packing list. If items are missing or damaged, please contact Outs Paw support within 24 hours after receiving the package, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
If a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, the package will be considered lost. In this case, you need to cooperate with Outs Paw and obtain a claim number to file a claim with the logistics company.
FAQs
1. How can I change an order after it has been placed but before it has been shipped?
After an order is completed, changes to the country, product quantity, category, or color cannot be made. If you need to change these details, please cancel the order and make a new purchase. Due to varying tax rates by state and city, changes to city, state, or postal code are not possible for orders paid by credit card. For orders paid by PayPal, changes cannot be made before payment is approved by the payment service provider.
2. How can I cancel an order that has been submitted but not yet shipped?
If the order has not been shipped, you can contact info@outspaw.com to request a cancellation. Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled.
3. Are there shipping costs for re-delivery, rejected packages, or returns without reason?
Yes. If delivery fails due to the recipient’s actions, the recipient will bear the additional shipping costs. For canceled orders or packages rejected after shipment, the return shipping cost will be borne by the recipient and deducted from the refund. The shipping cost for returns without reason will be borne by the customer and deducted from the refund.
4. Under what circumstances will Outs Paw's online store unilaterally cancel an order?
Outs Paw's online store only sells and ships products to end users. Products or services obtained from the Outs Paw online store cannot be commercially distributed, published, licensed, or resold. If any of the following violations are detected before shipping or signing, Outs Paw reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the original account:
- Shopify identifies the order as high-risk.
- Outs Paw receives a notification from the credit card issuer or PayPal indicating that the transaction is fraudulent.
- Outs Paw determines that the purchase was made through fraudulent means or discovers evidence that the order was not placed legally.
